“Skateboarding saved my life.”
Marcelo Lusardi became blind at age 18, but, with the help of people like Sergio Fernandez and the support of Jart Skateboards, he has been able to continue with his passion.
In this video, Marcelo skates the bowl at the Ignacio Echeverría Skatepark in Las Rozas, Madrid, for the first time. Sergio Fernández, his friend and coach, aids him with a clay sculpture that helps Marcelo to get to know the bowl.
